Thom Norton & Company, Inc. sells only to Charitable organizations. These organizations will hold a NY state BC-5 or GC-5, In PA a small games of chance license. These organizations include but are not limited to: Churches, Fraternal organizations, Public and parochial schools and their organizations, Volunteer Fire Dept.'s., and numerous civic and national charity foundations. We reserve the right to ask for proof of the organizations charitable status and copies of any licensing that may be required by the organizations state or locality for conducting Bingo or Games of Chance.
Some states require the distributor be licensed to sell supplies. We are currently licensed in the following states: Pennsylvania and New York.
